It’s simple to join GlobalMinds Dementia and be part of groundbreaking advances for the future of dementia research. Please take a look at the page below to find out more about taking part. You will be able to find a participant information sheet and easy read version further down.
You can join GlobalMinds Dementia if:
You are aged 18 or over
You have dementia at any level of severity, mild cognitive impairment or subjective cognitive impairment
You live in one of the regions currently recruiting (check Map below).
GlobalMinds Dementia is working with NHS Trusts across the UK.
This map shows the regions currently supported by a participating NHS Trust with more joining all the time. Check back or join our newsletter (scroll to the bottom of this page ) to find out when your region joins.

Contact GlobalMinds Dementia study team, to let us know you want to take part by filling the form here.
If you have an electronic health record at one of our sites their research team will be in contact with you to answer any questions and book your study visit.
At your study visit you will be asked questions about your health, daily life, and diagnosis. You will also have some blood samples collected.

You can withdraw from GlobalMinds at any time, without giving a reason. This won’t affect your current care or your opportunity to benefit from future advances in any way.
